The Centre for Pesticide Suicide Prevention (CPSP) is seeking a consultant to support its national programmes and activities across Asia.
The successful candidate will support regional capacity and collaboration on identification, reporting, and monitoring of pesticide suicides. They will also support the regulation and replacement of highly hazardous pesticides (HHPs).
CPSP has well-established projects across Asia, including India and Pakistan. The consultant will be expected to coordinate and support the existing India-based team, providing mentorship and support on technical and policy matters. In Pakistan, they will work closely with CPSP partners and collaborators to ensure the effective delivery of existing project work. We are also active in Nepal, Bangladesh and Indonesia and have some engagement with other countries.
The consultant will also explore opportunities for CPSP to expand its work into other countries across Asia, as well as opportunities for regional collaboration.
Most of our work is supported remotely, and the post will also require occasional travel across Asia, including India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Job type: Full-time (35 hours per week – negotiable on request); fixed-term until 31 August 2027 with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
